Today, we say goodbye to Vicky Critchley as she steps down as Chairperson and board member of Diversity in Dynamics.     Since Directions EMEA 2021 in Milan, Vicky has been the driving force behind Women in Dynamics, promoting diversity and inclusion in our community. Her bold statements, like "I see you," have inspired countless individuals, fostering a thriving LinkedIn community of over 4,000 members and empowering more women and young professionals at events like Directions EMEA 2024 in Vienna.     Thank you, Vicky, for your leadership, vision, and dedication—together, we’ve made a huge impact.
