  1. To file a claim, call 1-866-374-9939 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

  2. We'll ship you a replacement device (same or newer model depending on availability). You'll also receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your damaged device back to us (must have a valid credit card on file in order to receive a replacement)

  3. Return your damaged device within 30 days from reception (otherwise you will be charged the cost of the replacement).

    3 Firesticks, 3 failing Firesticks. Purchased a warranty for the 3rd one from Allstate Protection Plans. Attempts to obtain a replacement results in people from India hanging up on you. Evasive and dishonest. The phone number in the policy does not reach Allstate, it reaches Amazon...in India of course. Long holds on the phone. Bureaucratic BS. They acknowledge they see the purchase record. It is a 25 dollar piece of junk for which you must waste a frustrating hour on the phone with India evading their responsibility.

    Just buy an Apple, don't waste your time or money with the Amazon liars, Firestick junk.

    I haven't been able to file a claim. When I try to file a claim online, it says I can't do it and I need to call a number. When I call the number, it repeatedly says I need to file a claim online. I've talked to a representative twice now and still have not got my claim filed.

    My fire stick stopped working in 7 months time. I paid for the warranty. Tried to use it today. My only options are to pay 15 dollars for a new one or send it in and wait approximately 3 weeks for mine to be fixed. So basically I can pay half of what I spent only 7 months ago or wait three weeks to get mine working again. Waste. I will not give 15 on principle. I’m going to TARGET. They are sake today and they will treat a loyal customer better!
