Billed invoice reconciliation API v2 legacy support
Hi, we are just in the transition to the new Billing recon API. We noticed that we are able to get data for invoices from the NCE model but not for invoices from legacy CSP. In detail: POST request to https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/reports/partners/billing/usage/billed/export is successful (202 Accepted) The following GET request to https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/reports/partners/billing/operations/[GUID] is successful on the HTTP Layer (200 OK) but the status is failed: { "@odata.context": "https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/$metadata#reports/partners/billing/operations/$entity", "@odata.type": "#microsoft.graph.partners.billing.failedOperation", "id": "...", "createdDateTime": "...", "lastActionDateTime": "...", "status": "failed", "error": { "message": "No reconciliation data available currently for Invoice D.... Please try again later.", "code": "5000" } } The same flow (same auth token, etc.) with a NCE invoice works successful. I didn't find any documentation if legacy CSP is even supported on the new API or not. Maybe someone can confirm this. Dear community, We are an Indirect Provider in CSP and we have been reviewing the updated version of the MPA that is available for review in Partner Center. As we were reading it, we saw a new clause. more specifically clause 8 (g) in page 43 that describes that and I quote "Extended Term for Expiring Subscriptions. If a Software Subscription or seat-based OLS Subscription is not renewed at the end of the subscription term, access to the applicable Software or OLS will continue following expiration for 30 days and may continue thereafter for successive one-month periods until cancelled (“Extended Term”). Microsoft reserves the right to invoice Company for the Extended Term at the then-current published price for a monthly subscription plus a three (3) percent uplift. If it does, Microsoft will provide Company with an opportunity to opt out of the Extended Term prior to the expiration date and request instead that the applicable Subscription either be renewed automatically or disabled immediately upon expiration. Company will have 90 days to extract Customer Data from a disabled account, but the Subscription cannot be reactivated." Following the above new clause, could please help us understand the following two questions: Does the "Extended Term" as described above include the 30 first days after the expiration of a subscription or not? Could you please enlighten us on the way that this "opt out opportunity" will be systematically implemented? How will we be able to utilize this opportunity for our partners/indirect resellers? TSP - first class first time as new company
Hey, I'm feeling a bit lost about where to find the detailed information I need. I'm and MCT, and I also run my own company where I'd like to hold training sessions. I already have a group of students interested in taking a class with me. The problem is, I'm unsure about how or where to register my class. I do have an MTM login and other needed accounts (at least I think so), but it's all quite overwhelming. Would you be able to guide me through process of registering and setting up my first class as both an MCT and a training provider for my own company? I also bought already Partner Success Core Benefits and registered as TSP (event got email "Welcome to the Microsoft Training Services Partner Program". But still don't understand what next steps should be for being able to do the training. Thanks so much for your help!Solved
Error when i try to test deploy our Azure application offer solution from marketplace
Hi All, We have published our azure app offer and recently went live successfully. But when i try to access it from marketplace and test the deploy as a customer by giving all the parameters, i got below error at the end. I have reviewed the templates and i dont see anything wrong. And all test passed with the azure testing tool. Please advice if you come across this error and help us in fixing this. Thank you.Solved
Stop Distribution of an Offer or Plan - Contradiction in Documentation
There appears to be a contradiction in the "Stop Distribution of an Offer or Plan" section of the MS Learn article "Update existing offers in the commercial marketplace." Specifically, the document says: Any customers who previously acquired the offer or plan can still use it but they can't re-download or redeploy. However, the third bullet point beneath that text says: For all offers, once the offer or plans are deprecated, the customer has 90 days of usage. The plain language of these two sentences, taken together, is an apparent contradiction. Which is correct? I have certifications which did not properly move from the old Microsoft Certification platform to the new Microsoft Learn platform. The entirety of my transcript on the new platform is also blank. I still have my old MCID, however, I see no option to link it to my Learn account.Solved

I'm seeking guidance on how to get access to a new Partner Center Indirect Reseller Sandbox. I've spoken to my Indirect Provider contact, who referred me to Microsoft. However, my contacts at Microsoft are also unclear about the process. Could anyone share the detailed steps or process for gaining access? Does anyone know who to talk fix your business profile on AppSource. We don't show up under a lot of filter options including country, 2 of our 3 designations, professional services and industries. It is really limiting the chance to be found. I've talked to the support team and they've said it's based on algorithms and that not all partners will get profiled. CSP Private Offer Reporting
Hi All, My team just recently completed our first CSP Private Offer. However, unlike direct or MPO Private Offers, I noticed that this CSP Private Offer is not appearing on any reporting (Order Report, Revenue Report, etc.) when reviewing the Insights section on Partner Center. As our team usually uses these reports in order to confirm purchases, I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone is aware of an area in Partner Center where we can find reporting with details on CSP Private Offer that were recently transacted. Hello, all. I am about to submit a first version of an app to MS team evaluation before it goes to MS Store and one of the steps is to fill out a tax profile. While filling it in my partner center page, which is a dev account registered out of the US, it comes to a point where it wants a W-8BEN filled even after informing in at least 2 occasions in the same process that I am not based in the US, I am not US citizen and I don't pay tax in US. Why does it still want a W-8BEN given the above explanation, and considering that any future revenue is not made in the US? Any explanation will be appreciated.Solved132Views0likes2Comments

How are other people managing accounts in multiple Partner/CSP tenants? We're a global partner with customers around the world. Microsoft's requirement that customers only be supported by partner/CSP tenants in the customer's region means that we have to create user accounts in many different tenants. This is hard to administer and hard for our staff to use. It would be less of an issue if guest accounts worked, but they don't. Do you manually on/offboard accounts from all the different tenants? Have you purchased a 3rd party M365 tenant administration tool? Have you built your own tenant administration tooling to consolidate these tasks? Your thoughts are appreciated.Solved
