Can Partner Success Expanded Benefits Azure Bulk Credits (Production) Be Attached to an Existing Subscription? The Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Benefits Guide mentions that Partner Success Expanded Benefits give $4000 Azure Bulk Credits (Production). I've looked through the FAQs and documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/membership/partner-success-core-benefits however, the context does not specify whether these credits can be directly applied to an existing production subscription or if they must be used with a separate Azure Sponsored Subscription. Can those credits be applied to an existing production subscription? It seems logical due to the fact that the name of the benefit is Azure Bulk Credits (Production). Cant pass Employment Verification phase. "This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program." We have provided a Cloudflare domain invoice that includes the domain name, exact company name, my name, exact company address, and it is dated within the last 12 months. I have used the "Fix Now" option multiple times and exhausted all attempts. After that, I have been going back and forth with a real person for weeks, but their responses seem to be generic and often incomplete email templates. The last time I tried, I put together what I thought was the ultimate helpful email, laying out all the required information in the clearest way possible. I attached three documents with all the requested details and even more supporting information. After waiting a week, I received a response that simply said: "This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program." I never received any further information or assistance in any of the previous emails, and I am completely in the dark. I have read multiple posts in the community, and it seems like many people are facing the same issue. Is there any actual solution to this, or should I just give up now? I have tried with several accounts and lost a few hundred dollars in the process. I also read that they do not even refund non-verified accounts. It feels like outright fraud. I need help. Our company is an IC design company, and our primary products are used in mice and touchpads. We have always submitted the HLK Submission through the Hardware workspace in Partner Center without any issues. However, one day our identity verification was rejected, and since then we’ve been completely unable to access the Hardware workspace. We have only one goal: to submit the HLK Submission. We want to update our information so that Microsoft can re-review our account identity, but the “Update” button does not appear, nor is there a “Fix Now” button. Since February, we’ve tried creating dozens of support cases. Support usually replies with a link to this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/verification-responses We’ve already read that article thoroughly. It states: “If identity verification is Rejected and you don't see a Fix now button, there's no further action required. The account is suspended.” Sometimes support asks us to provide additional information (e.g., Seller ID? Company documents?), and we always respond immediately. Sometimes they tell us it’s under review and ask us to wait a few business days — which we do. But the identity verification issue is never resolved, and the case is eventually closed without resolution. Here are two of the case IDs we’ve submitted so far: 2504180010000525 2504220010000158 Here are all the documents we’ve provided so far: Domain WHOIS screenshot Company Registration Amendment Form Domain management fee receipt Domain SSL certificate proof of purchase Employment certificate of the account user Employee name badge and ID of the account user We’ve also tried creating a brand new developer account to register for the Microsoft Windows Hardware Developer Program — but again, we’re stuck at the identity verification stage with no Update or Fix Now button available. As a final resort, we even tried to seek paid support, hoping to get specialized help through a paid service: https://partner.microsoft.com/zh-tw/support/partnersupport We submitted our contact information twice, but have not received any service or reply. We also reached out to a Microsoft engineer directly. The engineer responded: “The Partner Center currently only provides a channel for creating cases through the Partner Management Center, and there are no other phone or paid support channels available.” We are completely out of ideas. Since we are unable to submit the HLK Submission, this issue has seriously affected the production schedule of our products. We are just starting with the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace as a new ISV. We sell to small businesses (2-5 employees). About half of these businesses don't have a business email, but use a personal hotmail, yahoo, or gmail account. For example business xyz may use xyz(@)gmail.com. Can we still sell to these businesses through the marketplace? From what I have seen the marketplace allows them to register these email addresses as a Microsoft account, but won't let them purchase anything. We are getting very close to launching our new MCT Enrollment tool for renewals and new enrollments. To facilitate this, we are no longer accepting manual enrollments for becoming an MCT. I have informed the ICSPs. However, this will only be temporary, as our tool is expected to be operational by the end of next week (April 25th). I have informed the MCTs in the MCT Lounge as well. Hi, We are migrating a customer from Business Central 21 on premise to Business Central SaaS. They currently have 1,100 users and a database that is roughly 1TB (When migrate to SaaS it is roughly 450GB). They are concerned by Microsoft documentation and various links from third parties that say best performance is 300 users (How many users can Business Central support?) and (Service scalability for Business Central online - Business Central | Microsoft Learn). We have a partner who's loaded Marketplace private offers, however the private offer discount is not being applied to the monthly consumption. The customer is being billed at the full SKU rate without any field to update which allows the discount to apply to the consumption line. We've opened a support ticket which has gone stale without help for weeks and no engineer assigned. Have taken an AZ 400 exam and have not recived the report like if am passed or failed the status is in score pending can you please assist. When checked with person vue they said to check with microsoft as it is a microsoft exam. Dear community, We are an Indirect Provider in CSP and we have been reviewing the updated version of the MPA that is available for review in Partner Center. As we were reading it, we saw a new clause. more specifically clause 8 (g) in page 43 that describes that and I quote "Extended Term for Expiring Subscriptions. If a Software Subscription or seat-based OLS Subscription is not renewed at the end of the subscription term, access to the applicable Software or OLS will continue following expiration for 30 days and may continue thereafter for successive one-month periods until cancelled (“Extended Term”). Microsoft reserves the right to invoice Company for the Extended Term at the then-current published price for a monthly subscription plus a three (3) percent uplift. If it does, Microsoft will provide Company with an opportunity to opt out of the Extended Term prior to the expiration date and request instead that the applicable Subscription either be renewed automatically or disabled immediately upon expiration. Company will have 90 days to extract Customer Data from a disabled account, but the Subscription cannot be reactivated." Following the above new clause, could please help us understand the following two questions: Does the "Extended Term" as described above include the 30 first days after the expiration of a subscription or not? Could you please enlighten us on the way that this "opt out opportunity" will be systematically implemented? How will we be able to utilize this opportunity for our partners/indirect resellers?
