For some reason, mmap regions which are repeatedly munmapped are not correctly unpoisoned. See google/sanitizers#1705.

PHP isn't really intended to be run with ASAN using
USE_ZEND_ALLOC=1, but this fix seems harmless./cc @danog @pfustc
