We want to use this library with phpunit 5.4
There do not appear to be any issues with the library on phpunit 5.4, and it was already being tested on 5.3 and below. I have updated the composer.json to match what php-mock itself specifies - any phpunit 4 or 5. I also updated the build to run with phpunit 5.4
