UUF customer feedback on the article:

"Would be useful if we could specify soft and hard delete. Not useful for threat remediation as it can be recovered from recoverable items"

This is a service issue because the service owner has not provided enough examples for this path /users/{user-id}/messages/{message-id}. See the corresponding API reference here. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/message-delete?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=powershell where only one example has been provided.

For API related issues/questions we are not best placed to give an answer. Kindly raise an issue here https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/support so that the API owner can respond to it.
