custom annotated tag when cz bump

Is there a way to generate an annotated tag with a custom name when cz bump is executed?
For example, I want to generate a tag that does not contain an increment of the version.
for example, I want to create a tag like the ubuntu version, so, today i want 21.10.1 and next major tag will be 22.11.0
