were outdated, obviously from the old 2.1.0 installation or the last nightly build, and the installer of 2.1.1 did not overwrite them. I de-installed the old version completely and installed 2.1.1 in a clean folder. |

Describe the problem
If i try to start IDE 2.11 in Windows 10, nothing happens.
In Windows Task manager, it shows up with 0% CPU usage and 26,5 MB Ram usage.
