Describe the request

Although the IDE2 does not advertise it, it comes from various views and editors from the Theia framework that are not part of the default Arduino layout.

For example, I can open the Outline view. See here; but I cannot close it anymore. It will remain forever in the layout unless I run the View: Reset Workbench Layout command. I want to be able to close the Outline view, just as I can close the settings.json or Preference widget.

Describe the current behavior
