The PDF of the schematic shown on the Arduino Pro pages does not match the actual board. The schematic shows a circular power jack, multiple jumpers and even a buzzer. None of those are on the board. Furthermore, one of the most important items not specified on the schematic is the part # of the JST connector. "JST" is a company, not a connector! They make thousands of different connectors. Which one is it?

@focusrsh I don't see any jumpers. Perhaps you mean the header connectors?

This board was designed by Sparkfun, their product page is https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10915. The JST connector is probably this one https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9749, I would confirm that with Sparkfun.

Header connectors, the buzzer and power jack have footprints on the board but are not populated. The idea is it's a bare bones board designed for "pro" users who add components they need. It's common to have components marked on the schematic that are not fitted to the board.

ETA: sorry that was through-hole version, the required connector is surface mounted. However, it appears to be 2mm PH series.
