chore: moving bootstrap into domContentReady and updating Karma for performance.
After some discussion with @gdi2290 we found that moving the bootstrap for the application into a DOMContentLoaded provided better performance and also resolved an issue with having calls from SSO via an iframe not being picked up by zone.js. Also I found that updating Karma helped the test suite run faster.
