Have you ever built an award winning Power BI report in 20 minutes live on stage in front of hundreds of people? That's what Javier, Jon, Lakshmi, and Injae did last week at the first Power BI DataViz World Championships, live at the Fabric Community Conference in Vegas!

Our four finalists built INCREDIBLE reports on stage in front of four formidable judges. Kim, Mo, Kerry, and Meagan judged the finalists based on the same scoring criteria as the qualifying rounds; Insightfulness, Visual Effectiveness, and Accessibility.

Congratulations to all participants - I am so grateful I wasn't the judge, because all entries were fantastic! The judges did have to select a winner, and Jon Sandmann walked away with the first ever title - Power BI DataViz World Champion!!! Congratulations Jon!
