Turn Activator output into Eventstream source events

Please add an Eventstream sources based on activator output actions.

The activator can dan act as a business rule engine.

This makes even more sense when the activator's actions are based on alerts coming from KQL Queryset.

Microsoft Fabric then gives (semi) real-time responses, actions, and commands on ingested events.

Sample scenario:

First Evenstream (already possible)

Azure IoT Operations outputs telemetry to Eventstream -> Eventstream sends incoming data to KQL database

Second Eventstream (proposed functionality)

KQL Dataset gives alert based on incoming KQL data -> Alert can be read via source on second eventstream -> event is forwarded to custom app destination -> Azure IoT Operations receives alert via kafka dataflow endpoint
