The title says it all. The Performance tune Power BI Premium Capacity Utilization and Metrics app is unusably slow. How embarrassing.
Status: Completed

The team did a ton of performance work as part of the Fabric effort and some of the slowest scenarios are now 90% faster.  If you have any new performance issues let us know.  Thanks!
