PBI Scorecards/Goals Text Editing and Permissions Experience

PBI Scorecards/Goals are a nice replacement for Viva Goals but there are a few features/suggestions that could make the experience better.

1) The text editing experience for goal check-ins is a downgrade compared to what was in Viva Goals. Formatting, creating bulleted lists, and trying to copy and paste content from other text editors is a rough experience. You have to spend a lot of time playing with the formatting to get indented lists to work properly.

2) Permissions to scorecards are also very cumbersome to manage. Especially if you want to share the scorecards with a large group/team. Right now, you must grant initial access to the scorecard in which they still can't see or edit any of the goals. Then you must go into the permissions for the goals and add them to be able to view/edit. When granting initial access, we should be able to set permissions all at once.
