Love to have an PowerBI API to interface with AppPortal

So that PowerBI knows which dashboard or report page to jump to when a tile is clicked on AppPortal. Preferably, the user have the right security to access the right set of data once PBI app is opened automatically. The latter means the API should allow "global filter passing" from other apps such as AppPortal
