Data Alerts in Power BI Report Server

Hi, If a specific threshold is exceeded I want to receive a email / message that this is happening on my Dashboard. It would be better if there is a default threshold for this and that a user can set up a specific threshold also.

Then this is such a show stopper for our users to continue on with Power BI Report Server... sorry to say but this is such a disappointment.

Actions like this are why Gartner doesn't even bother considering PBIRS... and for those like us who want an on-prem solution, it's striking to hear that the value of our 15 year historic investment into SSRS is showing a quickly diminishing amount of value.

The offered workaround also is not possible as there is no Flow trigger for PowerBI that is based on KPI value changes.

this should be implemented it's a must, I don't understand why microsoft is missing some of the basic features.

There are situations that export control data cannot be placed in cloud based instances. Therefore, Data 'alerts's in Power BI reporting server in premises is the right solution. Data 'alerts's out of the scope of a Dashboard are not viable to maintain the consistency and the required overhead.
