发现 Confluence 老版本没有 API，所以要：导出数据，再导入 CODING wiki。

调研发现 XML 格式极其复杂，用于导入导出 Confluence。
而 HTML 格式很简单，用于到处，然后导入到外部 wiki，很合适。

Confluence 链接规则：

• 标题：汉字，没有英文链接，而是 ID，比如 http://localhost:8090/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=65630，导出为 65630.html
• 标题：英文带空格，在链接里变成加号，比如 http://localhost:8090/display/DEMO/hello+world，导出为 hello-world_123.html
• 标题：英文带连字符，直接变成链接，比如 http://localhost:8090/display/DEMO/hello-world，导出为 hello-world_456.html
