where to get tiff.lib

我使用 vcpkg 添加了这个库
vcpkg install tiff:x64-windows-static

然后在 vulkan-cpp-demo\demo\CMakeLists.txt 中
删除关于 tiff 的部分

最后使用cmake重新生成项目
