The Introduction section, IMO, should only give an overview of the docs, and the status.

Contributing guidelines can either live

  • separately in this repository as .md file OR
  • as another page within the book itself.

Additionally, we need to have a separate set of guidelines for people looking to contribute to the wider spec too.
