As I was doing some work, it struck me that it would likely be easier for people to try out and get started with running their component if they didn't have to build the host from scratch/install the Rust toolchain.
To this end, it might make sense to releases for the component docs (possibly by date rather than semver), which contain binaries for the rust host, and maybe including components or other files that should be included.

One additional feature of this is that components that are built should definitely be pushed up to GHCR so they can be easily used from other parts of the guide (ex. composing components)
