IDE "File" menu misaligned vertically

Describe the bug
The IDE "File" menu position is bugged in some specific situations, preventing access to all options. Empty space is visible at the bottom of the menu. Edit, Sketch, Tools and Help menus always seem to work properly.

To Reproduce
Easiest to reproduce is like this:

• Have two screens connected
• Use same resolution for both (e.g. 2560x1440) (Different resolutions may be needed to trigger 2b)
• Main screen 1 must be to the left and have DPI scaling one step larger than the second screen (e.g. 150%)
• Second screen 2 must be to the right and have DPI scaling one step smaller than the first screen (e.g. 125%)
• ([Optional for 2b] - Screens must not have the same vertical alignment and the second screen should be offset upwards a "bit")

1. Start the IDE on the second screen and maximize it
   2a. Open the "File" menu and notice that half of it is outside the screen
   2b. [Optional] In some specific situations the "File" menu will stay inside the screen but it's position will be offset down instead

Expected behavior
The "File" menu should have the same vertical alignment as the edit menu
