Arduino IDE window position is restored even when position is not in available display

Describe the problem

When Arduino IDE is started, the GUI is placed at the screen position it had during the previous session.

🐛 If I use dual screen and close Arduino on Screen 2, I can't see the screen when I later start Arduino IDE when I only have the laptop monitor.
