Sometimes code assist won't start until a new board is selected.
Launching the IDE will unpredictably do auto-complete and suggest, then randomly stop doing it, then doing it again.

Manually changing the board always has the effect of making it work for a while, but it does not stay up

As of 0.1.4 the LS is much more stable
