Come up with a more meaningful for the "Configure and Upload" dialog and menu item.
Some proposals:
Upload Parameters
Upload With Parameters
Enter Upload Parameters
Describe the current behavior
Both the menu item (in the Sketch menu) and the dialog have the label: Configure And Upload.
Arduino IDE version
2.0.1
Operating system
macOS
Operating system version
12.3.1 (21E258)
Additional context
We have two ways to open the "Configure And Upload" dialog:
clicking on the Sketch > Configure And Upload menu item
clicking on the Upload button in the toolbar, BUT only if some user fields are still missing OR if the previous download just failed. If the Upload button is pressed with a board that requires user fields AND those are set, it will immediately trigger the upload of the sketch using the parameters.
Consider also changing the label of the Upload button when it's going to perform an upload with parameters. It doesn't need to be the same as the menu item label because, as described above, the Upload button and the Sketch > Configure And Upload menu item have two slightly different behaviours.
