Arduino USB driver doesn't have any certification file for Uno mini, and therefore some windows versions show this issue!!!
How should we resolve it!?
IDE: 1.8.19
Windows: 8.1

The issue should be solved by 2cb9107 , but we didn't release the core yet. @arduino/team_tooling can you take care of this?

Fix has been released in core version 1.8.5, closing this.

My mistake, version 1.8.5 is not in production yet but only available in the staging index.
