Importing a libray through the IDE creates a new directory-tree
~/Arduino/libraries/....
I (as a user) already gave you a nice home for 3'rd party libraries in the
sketchbook/libraries
folder

Please don't mess around in my homedir without my consent.

Seems to be fixed in release 1.5.4.
