Typograf

• check spelling
• update book index adding content
• execute npm run format before open PR
• do not regenerate book.pdf, it is s subject of separate PR

Added typograf for plain text content: indexes, lists, paragraphs, titles. (For all except code blocks)

Motivation: Typograf automatically add non-breaking spaces, typographic inverted commas, replace hyphens and dashes where needed, does not allow hanging prepositions and conjunctions.
This makes the text look more professional, as if it were made in professional editors like Adobe InDesign.

Additional, changed text alignment from "justify" to "left", because it make text more readable.
