Describe the issue

I tried with Firefox and Chromium and also importing image, but didn't work. Authenticator says QR code not recognized.

Hello,

Same problem here from Chrome browser.

it's not happening on all our computers. Just on some, randomly.
If I add manually with secret key it's working.

version 134.0.6998.118
extension version 8.0.1
